Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith serves as the Practice Administrator for Fine Tune Psychiatry, where she brings a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and operational excellence. With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Wendy has led and supported multidisciplinary teams across a wide range of clinical and administrative settings.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Business Management, equipping her with the expertise to build efficient, patient-focused operations while fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and respect. Wendy is passionate about ensuring that every patient’s experience—from the first phone call to ongoing care—is seamless, supportive, and grounded in dignity.

In addition to her leadership role, Wendy is an Adjunct Instructor at Mercer Community College, where she teaches business management and ethics. She has also taught in her community’s high school and middle school in Willingboro, NJ, and is a certified Online Adjunct Instructor. Wendy is currently working toward completing her SHRM Certification and CPMSM Certification, further strengthening her expertise in organizational leadership and healthcare management.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys traveling, listening to audiobooks, cooking as a part-time caterer, and has a lifelong appreciation for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. She is also a proud mom of two adult children and finds joy in creating experiences that bring people together.

She is honored to support the Fine Tune Psychiatry community and looks forward to serving patients, families, and staff with care and integrity.
