Christina Penderghest

Christina is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience as an advanced practice provider.  She utilizes a holistic approach to collaborate with patients in developing individual treatment plans.

Christina works with individuals 18 and older, with a focus on women’s mental health care.

Christina utilizes an evidenced based practice model of care with attention to whole person health. In addition to medication management, she focuses on making incremental, sustainable behavioral changes to support mental wellness.

Christina completed her nursing training at the University of Pennsylvania Nursing School.  Her previous experience includes working with women with chronic mental illness in a residential setting and caring for patients through community mental health programs in Philadelphia.  Most recently, she spent 10 years with Mainline Health’s Women’s Emotional Wellness Center supporting women across the lifespan, along with providing general psychiatric services across partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient care.

Christina offers in-person appointments in Paoli, PA and virtual care to those in Pennsylvania.
