Chris Pagnani, MD is the Founder and Medical Director of Fine Tune Psychiatry PC, Founder and Medical Director of Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates, and a Co-Founder of RiseNow Autism Innovations. Since 2012, he has served as both an Instructor of Psychiatry at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and a Supervisor of Psychiatric Residents at Jefferson Hospital. He is also an elected member of the Board of Uplift: The Center for Grieving Children, which provides free grief therapy to predominantly inner-city children, who have lost a loved one to violence, overdose, incarceration and/or natural causes.

Dr. Pagnani maintains his own private practice at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates, where he treats various psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD and substance use disorders. He additionally offers second opinions for patients and providers for complex cases.

Dr. Pagnani is licensed in CA, DE, FL, MD, NJ, NY, PA & the USVI. He has received “Top Doc” awards annually since 2021, and he is often interviewed by media for expert commentary on mental health topics.

College, Medical School, and Residency

Dr. Pagnani graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he was awarded the top student in his major and track. He then attended Jefferson Medical College, where he received the Bodine Research Award, which is given to one student in each medical school class, for their dedication to research. He has several publications in peer reviewed medical journals, and has presented his work nationally and internationally. He trained in Psychiatry at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was named Chief Resident, by the Chair of the Department.
