Apps Needed & Browsers to Use for Telehealth Appointments
All providers use a system called “Simple Practice” for their video sessions. If you are using a desktop or laptop, use Google Chrome as your browser. If you are using your phone or a tablet for your visit, be sure to download BOTH “Telehealth by Simple Practice” AND “Client Portal – By Simple Practice” on your device. We recommend updating them, prior to your appointments.

Appointment
You will receive a text message and/or email 72 hours and 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Simply click your link, at your appointment time. Remember to use google chrome if on a computer, and to update both “Telehealth By Simple Practice” and “Client Portal – by Simple Practice” if using a phone or tablet.
If you are waiting for more than 5 minutes for your provider to let you in, log out, and then log back in, using the same link.
Call or email your provider directly, if there are still issues 5 minutes after your appointment start time.
Client Portal for Superbills and Appointment Information
Click here, to login to your client portal, to download superbills and look up appointment information. You can also upload information to your chart, and sign forms that your provider may have sent (such as medical records releases).

Is there a specific browser you would recommend using?

I am having issues logging in. What should I do?
If it has been less than 5 minutes, log out, and then log back in, using the same link. If more than 5 minutes have gone by, call or email your provider directly.
