*We cannot schedule patients with Medicare or Medicaid at this time, even if it’s their secondary or tertiary insurance. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions.

Do NOT wait for a return call or email from your provider, always call 911 or 988 FIRST.

After doing so, call your provider on their urgent line, which is listed both on their work voicemail and at the bottom of our fees and policies. Provide your urgent line # to any providers who are assisting you in crisis as well.

Do you offer in-office psychiatric appointments?

Yes, we offer in-office psychiatric evaluations and medication management in Philadelphia, Paoli & Pittsburgh, PA, Wilmington, DE and Collingswood, NJ. See the “locations” tab on our main menu, for a complete list.

Do you offer online appointments?

Yes, we offer online psychiatric services for patients living throughout Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Some services may require in-office appointments, call for details.

Do you accept my Insurance

We accept most major commercial insurances throughout PA, NJ and DE including Independence Blue Cross, United Healthcare / Optum, Highmark, Aetna/ CVS health, Capitol Blue, Horizon, Oscar and more. Some specific plans within these parent companies may not apply (call to confirm coverage). Click here for a complete list. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare, and cannot see patients even if it’s their secondary or tertiary coverage (no exceptions).

How fast can I be seen?

Patients can generally be seen within 1-2 weeks.
