Director of Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Clinical Adjunct Faculty, Jefferson University
Substance Use Disorders, LGBTQIA+ Care, Women's Mental Health

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 yrs of combined nursing and advanced practice nursing in psychiatry. I am the Director of Substance Use Treatment Services at Fine Tune Psychiatry and the Lead Nurse Practitioner at Thomas Jefferson University’s Maternal Addictions Treatment Education and Research (MATER) program, where I specialize in treating substance use disorders and psychiatric conditions in pregnant and parenting women. This role allows me to offer a unique, holistic approach to mental health and substance use treatment, designed to meet the needs of individuals during one of the most crucial times in their lives.

Additionally, I am a Clinical Adjunct Faculty Member at Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Nursing, where I teach and mentor student psychiatric nurse practitioners and provide guest lectures. I am also proud to be part of the Addiction Medicine Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where I provide training for healthcare professionals on opioid use disorder treatment and harm reduction strategies.

I am passionate about treating both psychiatric and substance use disorders, and my mission is to empower individuals in achieving their mental health and recovery goals.

I live in Philadelphia with my husband, 12-year-old daughter and cat Jenny. I enjoy watching film noir and action thrillers, reading detective novels and throwing tarot cards for fun!
